The current healthcare system isn’t fully equipped to manage cancer patients long-term disease or the potential consequences of radiation therapy or chemotherapy

Evidence-Based Medicine

The Commission on Cancer mandates the delivery of comprehensive cancer survivor plans. Less than 5% of cancer patients receive a written survivor care plan. (Journal of Clinical Oncology, 2014).

Oncologists and primary care providers need more support managing these plans.  We occupy the space between oncology care and primary care; keeping doctors and patients informed of early disease risk identification and ongoing health care needs; based on the latest evidence-based medical science.
