Your care costs enough.

At Survivor Healthcare, we value your care above all else. This means that we only bill your insurance company and accept payment from them as sole payment for your treatment.

We do not balance bill, surprise bill, or charge cash prices.

We will never turn patients away based on their ability to pay.

What is

Balance Billing?

Balance Billing (also known as Surprise Billing) happens when companies charge the remainder of what the insurance didn’t pay - to the patient. There are many new restrictions to this practice covered in the No Surprises Act.

Despite regulatory changes, often when Survivor Healthcare bills insurance companies, patients may still see their insurance statements (Explanation of Benefits) showing what was billed, what insurance paid and what the patient may owe based on that claim.

Survivor Healthcare waives all patient financial responsibility. We do not collect balance bills.

Cancer care often adds financial burden on top of the emotional stress of diagnosis and treatment. Survivor Healthcare is in the business of improving lives, and eliminating any contribution to our patients’ potential financial hardship provides a tangible means of acting upon our mission.

By building our financial structure around a value-based treatment program, we focus on keeping care sustainable and accessible to everyone.
