Adult cancer survivors (18+) at any time following diagnosis: newly diagnosed, during treatment, remission, and beyond are all eligible to work with us.

What is Survivor Healthcare?

We are a virtual healthcare clinic composed of oncology trained physician assistants, mental health therapists, dietitians, and occupational therapists. We specialize in optimizing health through our innovative programs. We improve long term health outcomes through our cancer related disease trauma (CRDT) and cancer related cognitive impairment (CRCI aka Chemobrain) programs.

Where do the appointments take place?

Visits with Survivor Healthcare are exclusively via telemedicine. You can have your visit anywhere you feel comfortable and have internet access!

Do you accept insurance?

Yes.

We will bill your insurance.

What does it cost?

We work with your insurance to cover your visits. We don't surprise bill, and we definitely don't balance bill. We value your care above all else.

What do you treat?

We treat Cancer Related Disease Trauma as well as Cancer Related Cognitive Impairment.

This includes any trauma you may have experienced from a cancer diagnosis, as well as "chemo-brain" or "brain-fog".
