Who We Are

Survivor Healthcare is a virtual, research-back, primary cancer survivor care clinic- a new model of medicine.

The company was born from the goal of improving the quality of life for people with cancer by elevating the standard of care they receive throughout their treatment and survivorship. We bridge the medical treatment gap between your primary care provider and oncologist by offering virtual, value-based, health programming and education, backed by research, as a means of updating the related standards of care.

John Librett, an expert in Public Health Policy and Epidemiology, founded the company after seeing and experiencing gaps in his own care as a cancer survivor. Implementing evidence-based research and patient reported outcomes (PROs) as part of our multidisciplinary clinical practice, we are able to better treat our participants as well as quantify and justify the need for value-based reform as a means of providing greater patient care.

Our Mission

Improve the lives of cancer survivors with compassionate care; providing patients with knowledge, resources, and support that foster physical and emotional well-being throughout their survivorship.

Our Position

Survivor Healthcare began with the goal of improving the quality of life for people experiencing cancer by elevating the standard of care they receive throughout their treatment and survivorship.

Recording patient recorded outcomes (PROs) data and implementing the research findings into our clinical practice, we are able to better treat our patients as well as quantify and justify the need for value-based reform, specifically as it fills a gap between oncology and primary care.

We clinically address cancer related disease trauma.

Our Stakeholders

Survivor Healthcare was founded on the beliefs that focusing on better patient care will improve quality of life and that every decision should be made with our clients, staff, investors, community, and partners top of mind. We believe this creates a culture of pride in our work and commitment to our vision.

Survivors

We treat you the way you’d like to be treated— with warmth, helpfulness, compassion, and incredible service, acknowledging care to be individualized to each patient and their specific needs.

Team

Creating a successful work environment begins with fostering an atmosphere that encourages our employees and contractors to think creatively, have fun, drive growth and innovation, and engage both personally and professionally with the community.

Investors

Commitment to progress and innovative solutions enables us to build value for our shareholders, allowing them to contribute to meaningful causes through their investments.

Community

There are many layers to the social connections we touch, each having an impact on cancer survivorship: direct supporters (family/friends), the oncology field as well as the greater healthcare industry and even the surrounding municipalities that can help champion the cause.

Partners

Whether their State sponsored institutes, employers, or individual referral clinicians, technical support teams or even national government agencies, we carefully select our partners and hold them to as high a standard as we hold ourselves.

Our Promise

We elevate cancer related outcomes by improving quality of life and care.
